Imported from Friuli, Ubriaco  Rosso is aged in crushed red wine grapes for a period of several weeks, which naturally dyes the rind a beautiful shade of deep violet. The aroma of this Ubriaco (meaning "drunken") cheese is exquisite.  It is a delicious table cheese, perfect for either snacking or a formal cheese plate.
