It is a typical Sicilian cheese made with or with out black peppercorns that reflects the long tradition of the Island.
It is based on sheep’s milk and it results fom the “Sicilian tuma” which is subjected to seasoning for about one month and this process enhances the cheese’s flavor. It is salso suitable for rustic appetizers.
