Le Gourmand Classic panettone is imported from an artisanal bakery founded in 1932 in Veneto, Italy. It is a three-day process – 48 hours rise time – Hand-kneaded starter, with honey, Madagascar vanilla, Australian raisins, and fresh candied citrus.
